We met with the Realtor tonight about selling the house. We mostly want to find out what the market is like and how much we can expect. She suggested we list it for around $130,000 but I know Donnie isn't interested in selling for that little. She says it needs to go on the market sooner than later if we want to get the benefit of the spring buyers. We told her we would be in touch with the idea of putting it on the market for a test run around the long weekend in May.
